Civil Engineer, Civil Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (QS)
We are urgently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Estimator / Quantity Surveyor) for our ongoing project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in reading construction drawings, calculating quantities, preparing BOQs, and submitting billing milestones to contractors for payment approval.
Key Responsibilities:
• Thoroughly read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare comprehensive BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project Estimations.
• Calculate precise material and work Quantities based on site progress and designs.
• Prepare, cross-verify, and submit Running Bills & Final Bills along with all necessary supporting documents to the Contractor to ensure smooth payment clearance.
• Track project expenses and maintain clear financial logs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in billing, estimation, and quantity surveying.
• Software Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD, Advanced MS Excel, and MS Word is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver accurate data under tight deadlines.
