We are looking for experienced MEP professionals to join our team for a prestigious high-rise and luxury hospitality development in Medina.
### Available Positions
1. **Technical MEP Manager**
2. **Project Manager – MEP**
3. **Construction Manager – MEP**
4. **Project Engineer – MEP**
### Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate MEP design, technical and construction activities.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV and BMS systems.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications and material submittals.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural and architectural disciplines.
- Supervise site execution, subcontractors, engineers and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and compliance with project specifications.
- Resolve technical issues, design clashes and site coordination challenges.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP works according to project schedules.
### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in MEP management, construction and engineering.
- Strong experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of multidisciplinary MEP systems.
- Strong technical, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with consultants, clients and specialist subcontractors.
