? Bachelor's degree in Architecture (prerequisite).
? Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Revit engineering design software.
? Ability to prepare and review architectural plans and designs at a professional level.
? Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and the relevant engineering requirements and regulations.
? Ability to coordinate technically with various engineering disciplines.
? Previous work experience in the field of contracting and construction projects is preferred.
? The applicant must be a resident of Riyadh.
? Good skills in communication, coordination, and teamwork.
? Commitment, discipline, responsibility, and the ability to complete tasks within the specified deadlines.
? Accuracy in reviewing technical details and ability to solve engineering problems.
