????Job Advertisement – HSE Supervisor
????China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking an experienced and qualified HSE Supervisor to join our construction team.
????Position: HSE Supervisor
????Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of relevant HSE experience in the construction industry.
Must have extensive experience in high-rise building construction and 4- or 5-star hotel projects.
Candidates must have at least 80% of their total work experience in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, safety standards, and construction site safety procedures.
Relevant HSE qualifications and certifications are preferred.
Important: Candidates without high-rise building and 4- or 5-star hotel project experience will not be considered. Please do not submit your CV unless you meet the above requirements.
????Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all health, safety, and environmental activities on construction sites.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and project safety requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.
Monitor high-risk activities, including working at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, and confined space work.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness training for workers and subcontractors.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe working practices across the project.
