Project Coordinator

Job description

Qualification, Experience & Job Description The Coordinator shall have bachelor degrees in the relevant fields preferably in Business Administration or relevant Engineering, from a recognized university The Coordinator shall have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Management coordinator in contracts with same or similar scope of work in Lab oriented organizations Shall be the focal point, fully responsible person coordinating all the services under the contract liaising with Central Laboratory and Contractor’s Laboratory / head office. Shall prepare a detailed maintenance & servicing plan, schedule resources for arranging required tools and equipment for the maintenance program. Shall arrange and ensure the availability of consumables and standards ahead of service order Issuance. The Coordinator shall have technical knowhow about Analytical Instruments used for testing of Oil, Gas and Water Samples. Shall prepare and produce the consolidated reports, calibration certificates and Invoices for the completed Instruments and their submission to company authorized person for approval, within the stipulated period. Shall have enough experience in SAP system to process Service orders confirmation and Invoices.
