**Project:** Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality
We are seeking experienced civil and structural professionals to join our team for a prestigious high-rise and luxury hospitality development in Medina.
### Available Positions
1. **Lead Civil & Structural Engineer**
2. **Structural Draftsman – Rebar Detailer**
### Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate civil and structural engineering and detailing activities.
- Review structural drawings, design calculations, technical specifications and BOQs.
- Prepare and review structural shop drawings, reinforcement details and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Develop reinforcement layouts, cutting lists and detailed drawings for beams, columns, slabs, walls and foundations.
- Coordinate with design consultants, structural engineers, BBS engineers and construction teams.
- Identify and resolve design discrepancies, technical issues and site coordination challenges.
- Ensure accuracy of structural drawings and reinforcement details.
- Incorporate consultant comments and site requirements into revised drawings.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and applicable standards.
### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a relevant diploma/qualification in drafting.
- Relevant experience in civil and structural engineering or structural drafting and rebar detailing.
- Strong experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, structural drawings, reinforcement detailing and BBS.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant structural detailing software.
- Strong technical coordination, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
