About the Role
We are an O&M company operating a 2,800 MW power facility and an 800,000 m³/day water production plant in Jubail. We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical maintenance activities and keep the plant safe and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance
Oversee maintenance of generators, transformers, HV/MV/LV switchgear, motors, protection systems, and DC/UPS systems
Lead fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
Plan and support outages and major overhauls
Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, and HSE procedures
Manage work orders, maintenance records, and spares in the CMMS
Guide and support electrical technicians
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of electrical maintenance experience in power and/or desalination plants
Strong knowledge of HV/MV systems, generators, protection relays, and testing
Good English communication and reporting skills

We are hiring experienced Electrical Technicians to carry out electrical maintenance at our 2,800 MW power and 800,000 m³/day water production facility in Jubail.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, MCCs, switchgear, breakers, transformers, and DC/UPS systems
Carry out electrical testing (insulation resistance, continuity, earth resistance) and fault troubleshooting
Support protection relay, trip circuit, and interlock checks
Assist during planned outages and overhauls
Follow PTW, LOTO, and electrical safety procedures
Complete work orders and test reports
Requirements
Diploma or technical certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent trade qualification
10+ years of electrical maintenance experience in power and/or desalination plants
Practical knowledge of LV/MV equipment and electrical drawings
Good English communication skills
