QC Document Controller
Qualification & Requirements :Graduate in any discipline with 3+ years experience
As Document Control:
? System Management: Upload, register, and maintain QC documents using EDMS.
Proficiency in Aramco EPM and IQMS and Microsoft office packages are mandatory
? Traceability & Logging: Establish a completely auditable history of document revisions, reviews, and signoffs to comply with ISO 9001 and Aramco standards.
? Workflow Distribution: Route submittals, transmittals and Requests for Inspection (RFIs) to relevant project management teams , contractors, tracking response deadlines rigorously.
? •Use EPM to manage project deliverables, inspections, quality records, notifications, equipment preservation activities, and close-out requirements.
•Ensure all project information, inspection requests, quality notifications, and PMCC close-out records are entered accurately and on time.
Maintaining INCR, LBE, RFI calibration, and quality personnel logs.
Confidentiality: Securely manage sensitive, proprietary, and highly confidential Aramco asset and financial data.
Candidates with transferrable Iqama are highly welcomed to apply.
