Marketing Executive - New Construction Projects Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to target government and private sector clients.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and contracting industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, decision-makers, and potential clients.

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential project opportunities.

• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and capabilities.

• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, project leads, and business development initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-years experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

• Proven track record of successfully acquiring new construction projects from government and private sector clients.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
