Order Management
• Process Material/Service/Sub Contract Order request in coordination of Procurement Engineer/Supply Chain Manager.
• Source Vendors, Float Quotation Request, Arrange sample approval & Plant visit.
• Compare and Analyze various aspects of requirement.
• Monitor long & short lead Reqt. with logs of submittal approval from Client.
• Monitor Budget and Budget approval.
• Communicate and maintain an official record of all sorts of Email & Material Tracking Sheets.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Plan and Assign Buyer’s assignment in coordination with Procurement Supervisor accordingly.
• Track orders and follow up for on-time deliveries.
• Procure on the principle Rights.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
Supplier Relations
• Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure purchased goods are high quality and deliveries are on time.
Qualifications and Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree
• 9-10 yr. Must have Building Material Experience.
