We are recruiting Experienced Fit-out Project Manager for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. To liaising with key Project Stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects. To coordinate design, work with consultants and subcontractors. Project Manager will supervise the progress of work. Prepare the project programmed. Producing and maintaining the Tenant Fit Out Guide for each site, the management of the tenant design review process and review of HSE, quality control, approvals and permitting aspects of the fit out works. To implement the project program on site in an organized and cost effective manner in accordance with the approved design, quality standards and within the agreed time frame.

Experience in commercial interiors like Office fitouts,Retail Showrooms FF&E and Joinery Fixtures will be a added advantage.The candidate should have a Engineering degree or diploma in any construction related trade,Any PMP standard diplomaor course certificate will a plus.

He will be responsible for Multiple projects in KSA region under him there will be a team of Project managers and site engineers.

Duties and Responsibility: -

• Managing Multiple projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.

• Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.

• Represent company in all project meetings.

• Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.

• Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.

• Proactively identify risks and issues and formulate risk mitigation plans

• Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.

• Organize work effectively and efferent to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.

• Quality control of work done at site.

• Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site.

• Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.

• Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site.

• Close out and hand over project. Overall delivery responsibility for multiple fit out and refurbishment projects.

• Financial management. Reporting and programming for projects.

• Oversee Contracts Administrators and both office and site based teams.

• Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer’s relationship within the commercial construction industry

• Organize subcontractors to survey and carry out all stages of work.

• Ensure good workmanship are carried out for all site works.

• Able to effectively manage and supervise a team of construction workers.

• Attending site meetings to establish a scope of works.
