**Overview:**
We are opening a new hotel name Sea Shore Hotel at Tabuk, near NEOM city.
We are looking for an experienced hotel manager to join us.
**Responsibilities:**
The Hotel Manager oversees all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and efficiency:
1. **Operations Management:**
- Direct daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and more.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with regulations for safety and cleanliness.
2. **Staff Management:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to deliver quality service.
- Foster a positive work environment and address staffing needs.
3. **Guest Relations:**
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service and promotional initiatives.
4. **Financial Management:**
- Develop and manage the hotel budget and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to optimize profitability.
5. **Property Maintenance:**
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure the property's condition and appearance.
6. **Compliance and Risk Management:**
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement risk management protocols.
**Qualifications:**
- Hotel Management degree preferred.
- Proven experience in hotel management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Customer-focused mindset.
