• Ensure accurate and timely filing, indexing, and storage of all QC documentation
• Conduct regular audits to verify the completeness and accuracy of quality records
• Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to address any document-related issues or discrepancies
• Maintain a centralized document repository and implement an efficient document retrieval system
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, engineering, or business administration)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QC Document Controller or in a similar role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective document control systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
