Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the FMCG industry, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and wholesalers.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitable deals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to anticipate sales opportunities and challenges.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
