Looking for Safety Officer:
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. A master's degree is desirable.
* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the construction industry, preferably with infrastructure projects.
* In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations, international standards (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001), and best practices in construction safety management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of HSE professionals.
* Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, equipment, and associated hazards in infrastructure projects.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
* Proficiency in conducting inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and preparing detailed reports.
* Experience in implementing and managing safety management systems, including incident reporting, data analysis, and corrective action tracking.
* Certified First Aid and CPR training.
* Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Should have iqama transferable and ready to join immediately.
