Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to plan construction schedules, allocate resources, and set objectives for the project. Develop and implement construction plans and ensure adherence to timelines.

Supervision: Direct and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and laborers. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Quality Control: Monitor construction progress to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections of work sites, identify deficiencies, and take corrective actions as necessary.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site. Conduct safety meetings, provide training, and promote a culture of safety among workers.

Material Management: Coordinate the delivery and use of construction materials, equipment, and tools. Maintain inventory records, monitor usage, and reorder supplies as needed to avoid delays in construction activities.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Relay project updates, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely manner.

Problem Solving: Identify potential obstacles or challenges that may arise during construction and develop solutions to overcome them. Anticipate risks, implement preventive measures, and mitigate project delays or cost overruns.

Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality or safety.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, work orders, and change orders. Compile documentation for permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.

Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire construction teams to perform at their best, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork. Provide feedback, recognize achievements, and address performance issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

? Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

? Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and building codes.

? Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse workforce.

? Solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.

? Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

? Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

? High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in construction management is a plus.

Additional Experience:

? Candidates should possess experience in either the Middle East or Singapore.

? Middle East return candidates are preferable

Salary & Benefits :

Basic Salary SR 2200.00

Food Allowance SR 300.00

Total SR 2500

Working Hours 6 days a week, 8 Hours Per Day after this any excess days or hours will be counted as OT
