Key Accountabilities:
• Take full leadership over the construction site team by following up with architectural supervisors and labors' performance, submission of drawings for authorities approval, subcontractors' performance, execution up till delivery and after delivery activities (snags and maintenance).
• Estimate the resource requirements ( materials, labors, equipment, … ) in line with the target time schedules.
• Discuss objectives, requirements, and budget of a project with the project manager.
• Coordinate with the technical office for the submittals priority in line with the execution phase and project time schedule.
• Raise purchase orders for timely supply of materials & labor etc. to keep the progress in line with the project time schedule.
• Conduct regular meetings with site consultant, management team, and other contractors to discuss day’s progress, and achievements as well as the next day’s program.
• Monitor and control health and safety hazards on site.
• Responsible for inspection requests and works handing over to the consultant.
• Obtain and control periodical progress bills from sub-contractors and certify the quantity of work done.
• Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects.
• Prepare and raise the periodical progress bills to the consultant and authorities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or any related major.
Knowledge: Saudi Building Codes, construction details, and finishings.
Skills: Advanced in Autocad, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
Experience: 5 years of related experience.
