The Senior Project Control Engineer / Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing project control processes to ensure efficient project management and cost control. This role involves monitoring project progress, analyzing costs, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and maintain project budgets.

*Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement project control processes and procedures to ensure effective project management.

-Monitor project progress, including schedule, budget, and resources, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

-Conduct cost estimation, analysis, and forecasting to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.

-Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and budgets.

-Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

-Implement cost control measures and monitor project expenditures to identify variances and take corrective actions as necessary.

-Prepare and present project control reports, including cost -performance, schedule variance, and risk assessment, to senior management.

-Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project data and information.

-Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in project control and cost engineering.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports

-Prepare Interim Payment Applications for ongoing projects.

-Review Interim Payment Applications from Sub-Contractors

-Support in preparing Contractual Claims and ensure ARANER's contractual rights are reserved

*Qualifications & Requirements:The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

-Proven experience in a similar role as a Project Control Engineer, Cost Control Engineer, or related position within project management.

-Experience in managing project controls, cost estimation, forecasting, and reporting is essential.

-Proven experience in managing MEP projects, with a focus on piping and steel tank installation.

-Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects in the UAE and/or Qatar.

-In-depth knowledge of construction and design codes, including ASME, ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, and local civil building codes.

-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.

-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

-Strong commitment to quality excellence and continuous improvement.

At least 5 years of field experience in Project Control Engineer / Cost Control Engineer

Languages: fluent in English

-Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)

-Resident in Saudi Arabia, valid residency

-Driving license
