In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and assisting customers with their purchases. You will also play a key role in driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and any other questions they may have.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, promotions, and policies.
Actively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
