Qualifications:

??????•?????Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MEP systems, materials, and equipment.
??????•?????Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
??????•?????Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
??????•?????Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
??????•?????Software Proficiency: Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications:
