Job Title Infrastructure Project Manager

Position Summary Project Manager is responsible to lead and manage delivery/deployment projects for

clients end-to-end from early design phases, build and deploy, migration, testing, and

handing-over/closure. The Project Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring

successful delivery and therefore shall be able to drive compliance to schedule, cost,

and scope/quality controls throughout project duration. Furthermore, the Project

Manager is responsible for managing communication, coordination, risk, quality, and

interfaces. The candidate is expected to have demonstrated previous experience in

successfully managing complex digitalization / software projects. This role demands

exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of digital

transformation processes.

Roles &

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects end-to-end from Kick-Off to Closure. Oversee the

successful execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that they align

with the organization's strategic objectives and deliver tangible business value.

• Oversee integration and implementation of complex digital technology solutions.

• Manage project team resources typically consisting of:

o Functional subject matter domain experts (SMEs),

o Project coordinators, as well as specialized delivery staff in infrastructure,

integration, data management, decision support and visualization (DSV),

and testing

o Project Control staff including planners, cost control, and QA/QC

o External vendors and solution providers

o Client personnel

• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, including timelines,

milestones, and risk management strategies.

• Monitor project progress (i.e., SPI, CPI, PQI, PSI, etc.), identify potential issues,

and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion. Ensure

projects are delivered within the planned scope, timeline, cost, and allocated

resources.

• Review project invoices, timesheets, schedule progress reports, and other

contractual/administrative requirements.

• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders, including clients,

team members, and senior management. Prepare and present project status reports,

proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and executive leadership. Hold

recurring meetings with client personnel onsite during execution.

• Closely maintain project information and updates in company’s ERP

• Collaborate with other department heads, executives, and stakeholders to align

technical solutions with clients' objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to define project goals, deliverables, and resource allocation.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management, quality assurance, and

regulatory compliance.

• Provide strategic guidance on technology and software-related matters.

• Contribute to development and enhancement of internal project management

procedures. Lead the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies

and procedures on an as-required basis.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and

high-performance work environment.

• Conduct project management training to develop younger engineers.

Qualifications &

Requirements

• Academic: BSc in Engineering or equivalent, preferably in Software Engineering

or related field.

• Projects Experience: 10+ years of proven relevant experience in project

management including minimum of 2 years as project manager – acknowledged by

client. (5+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia)

• Digitalization Project Management: Demonstrated experience in

digitalization/software development life cycle, and the wider principles of project
