We are CHINA RAILWAY 18TH BUREAU GROUP CO. LTD. We have got a highway project. This project contract period is 3.5 years. The client of this project is Royal Commission in Jubail. Now we need at least 1QC Engineer (road works).
The basic requirement of QS Engineer (road works) position as following:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer in royal commission projects, particularly in road construction projects.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In-depth knowledge of quantity from as-belt drawing, materials, and industry regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
