JOB SPECIFICATIONS,
We are seeking Graduate Civil Engineer with 9-12years of strong work background in civil repair works to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Experience in Project work and shutdowns in Various petrochemical plants in EPC sector, minimum 8years experience preferably in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
In depth understanding of knowledge in Civil repair works and experience in refractory maintenance.
SCOPE OF WORK:CONCRETEREPAIR WORKS,RUBBERLINING INSTALLATION AND CARBON BRICK LINING
Responsibilities,
- Manage civil repair works projects from conception to completion
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and schedules
- Lead project teams, including engineers, contractors, and laborers
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in civil repair works -project management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
