Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated MEP Supervisor to join our team in managing MEP projects primarily focused on substations, SEC projects, Aramco projects, and other Energy and Power-related initiatives. As an integral part of our MEP department, the supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at site locations, ensuring efficient project execution, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships on-site, ensuring open communication and project satisfaction.
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, including managing manpower, technicians, and workers.
* Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and recommendations for the senior management.
* Accurately read and interpret AutoCAD drawings to extract bill of quantities.
* Provide technical expertise and advice to the team to optimize project efficiency and prevent delays.
* Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience in MEP projects, preferably in the oil and gas or energy sector.
* Strong understanding of AutoCAD and ability to extract bill of quantities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to work in remote or outskirts locations as required by project assignments.
* Driving License
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in managing teams and suppliers.
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
