We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and project team. The Sales coordinator will play a key role in assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, supporting project coordination, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships.
2. Ability to provide key support in the bidding process.
3. Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on sales leads.
4. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
6. Collaborate with internal departments especially PMO office to ensure timely delivery of projects, products and services to customers.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
8. Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
10. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales support or customer service role, preferably in the data center facilities or equipment industry.
3. Understanding and experience of working in a projectized environment
4. Indepth understanding and experience of bidding process.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ERP and CRM software.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of data center facilities and equipment is a plus.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
10. Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
