Job Description:
• prepare schematic designs, proposals, sketches, presentations of accommodations, villas, kitchen, offices, etc. as per the client requirements
• prepare final design and models within project time frame
• Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
• produce detailed drawings
• prepare doors, windows, trims, flashing details
• suggest materials and coordinate with procurement and contractors
• make site & factory visits to check the drawings compliance
• Performing calculations for materials.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor / Diploma in Architectural Engineering
• Experience : 2-4 years
• Age : 25-35 years
Skills:
The candidate must be very knowledgeable in design and drafting software such as:
• AutoCAD 2D & 3D
• Rivet
• Sketchup - Pro
• V-Ray for Sketchup
• Adobe Photoshop
