Position: MEP QS Engineer
Location: jeddah
Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate measurements and take-offs for MEP works.
Prepare and submit interim payment applications to clients.
Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying or cost management.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
