We are seeking an experienced Document Controller in the Safety Department to join our team. The ideal candidate Must a strong understanding of relevant safety production laws and Saudi Arabia construction Code and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiently implement Saudi Aramco's construction safety standards and safety operation procedures
• Independently compile safety and technical data, including:
o Preparing relevant safety technical materials on time and in accordance with regulations, ensuring materials are synchronized with construction and fully truthful and complete
o Timely collecting and organizing contracts, construction organization designs, safety technical measures, safety technical briefings, safety education, safety training, and other materials
o Conducting on-site inspections with the safety officer to keep records and ensure safety information aligns with actual site conditions
o Cooperating with the project team to carry out safety education and disclosure work
o Organizing and improving safety assurance materials to support relevant inspections
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience as a Safety Document Controller
• Thorough knowledge of relevant safety production laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and the construction industry
• Proficiency in Saudi Aramco's construction safety standards and safety operation procedures
• Strong data collection, organization, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams
• Fluency in English and Arabic
