IT Support Engineer

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team and deliver top-notch technical support to our employees. **Responsibilities:** - Diagnose and resolve IT support requests from employees promptly. - Provide hardware and software support for network printers, PCs, laptops, Microsoft Office, O365, MS Teams, and Outlook. - Change configurations, settings, and permissions to address computer and network issues. - Answer employee questions related to computer systems. - Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems effectively. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree **Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years in IT support and systems maintenance. - Age not exceeding 27 years. **Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Good interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to lift and transfer printers, smart screens, etc. https://t.ly/OFUin
