An Aramco Approved Heavy Steel Fabrication Facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia engaged in the manufacturing Piping Spools, Tanks, Pressure Vessels, and Structural steel urgently requires the following permanent positions (IQAMA TRANSFER ONLY)

1. QA/QC Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the QA/QC dept to get the best quality products from the workforce and the machinery.

• Establishing, implementing, and maintaining IMS

• Update & implement the QC documents like NDT/Testing/Operational Procedures, PQP, ITP, WPS, PQR etc. related to structural steel, pipe spools, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers & skid packages.

• Arrange 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.

• Review and evaluation of sub-vendors / sub-contractors quality system.

• Conduct Management Review meetings, participate and provide input to weekly progress meeting with Client.

• Review Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Non-Material Requirements (NMR), Inspection Assignment Package (IAP) etc.

• Prepare and submit Monthly Quality Management Report (QMR) to the client.

• Arrange and participate in Pre-inspection meeting.

• Participate in the evaluation of monthly Project Quality Index (PQI).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 lead Auditor Certification

• 10 years’ experience in fabrication inspection of Pipe Spool, Steel Structure & Static equipment.

• 5 years supervision experience in QA/QC activities of Aramco Approved Fabrication Shops

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

• Sound knowledge of ASME, NBBI, API, UL, AWS, ASNT, ASTM, AISC standards

2. QA/QC Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise the QA/QC dept to get the best quality products from the workforce and the machinery.

• Supervising the implementation of IMS

• Implement the QC documents like NDT/Testing/Operational Procedures, PQP, ITP, WPS, PQR etc. related to structural steel, pipe spools and static equipment.

• Arrange 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.

• Supervise a team of Quality Control Inspectors of various disciplines like Mechanical, Coating, Material etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

• 10 years’ experience in fabrication inspection of Pipe Spool, Steel Structure & Static equipment.

• 5 years experience in QA/QC activities of Aramco Approved Fabrication Shops

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

• Sound knowledge of ASME, NBBI, API, UL, AWS, ASNT, ASTM, AISC standards

4. QC Inspector (Welding)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain the QC documents related to welding of structural steel, pipe spools and static equipment.

• Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

• AWS CWI / CSWIP 3.1 Certification

• CBT in Welding

• 3 years’ experience in QA/QC activities of Aramco Projects

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

• Knowledge of ASME, NBBI, API, UL, AWS, ASNT, ASTM, AISC standards

5. QC Inspector (Mechanical)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain the QC documents related to structural steel, pipe spools and static equipment.

• Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

• API 653 and 510 Certification

• CBT

• 3 years’ experience in QA/QC activities of Aramco Projects

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

• Knowledge of ASME, NBBI, API, UL, AWS, FM, NFPA, ANSI, NACE, ASNT, ASTM, AISC standards

6. QC Inspector (Coating)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain the QC documents related to coating activities of structural steel, pipe spools & static equipment.

• Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

• AMPP CIP-1 / SSPC-PCI-1 / BGAS Grade-2 Certification as per SAEP-316

• 5 years’ experience in Coating Inspection activities after certification.

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

• Knowledge of APCS, SSPC, NACE, ISO specifications

7. QC Inspector (Material)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain the QC documents related to Raw Materials of structural steel, pipe spools and static equipment.

• Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

• CBT

• 3 years’ experience in PMI & Material Inspection of Aramco Projects.

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

• Knowledge of ASME, NBBI, API, UL, AWS, ASNT, ASTM, AISC standards

8. NDT Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain the QC documents related to NDT of structural steel, pipe spools and static equipment.

• Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s NDT requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School

• ASNT Level- 2 certification in VT, PT, MT, RT & UT

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

• CBT

• 3 years’ experience in NDT Coordination in of Aramco Projects

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

• Knowledge of ASME, NBBI, API, UL, AWS, ASNT, ASTM, AISC standards
