An Aramco Approved Heavy Steel Fabrication Facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia engaged in the manufacturing Piping Spools, Tanks, Pressure Vessels, and Structural steel urgently requires the following permanent positions (IQAMA TRANSFER ONLY)

1. Estimation Engineer -Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities

• Attending the pre-tender meeting and site visits as directed.

• Review and Interpret Contract Tender Documents, drawings and Specifications

• Collecting Prices from Sub-vendors and Service Providers

• Cost Estimation for structural steel, Pipe Spool and Static Equipment.

• Preparation of Technical and Commercial Bid Proposals.

• Responsible to reply TBE

• Cost variance analysis and Change Order Invoicing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Excellent knowledge of generating MTO from GA/ISO drawings & Data Sheets

• Expert in MS-Office and Auto-CAD

• 8 years’ experience in the estimation of Structural Steel, Pipe Spool and Static Equipment.

• 5 years estimation experience in Aramco Fabrication Projects

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

• Sound knowledge of ASME, NBBI, NFPA, AWWA, API, UL, AWS, ASNT, ANSI, ASTM, AISC standards

• Adhere to IMS policies/procedures/standards.

2. Mechanical Design Engineer- Piping & Static Equipment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analysis, design and detail engineering of piping and static equipment.

• Performing Seismic Reactions, Numerical Analysis and fatigue Assessments.

• Assist with the preparation of estimation, proposal, budget and schedule.

• Assist procurement, fabrication and testing activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Excellent knowledge of generating MTO from GA/ISO drawings & Data Sheets

• Good Working Knowledge in Compress/ PV Elite, AME/Hexagon Tank, Nozzle Pro, PDMS, Plant 3D, MS-Office and Auto-CAD

• 8 years’ experience in the design of Pipe Spool and Static Equipment.

• 3 years design experience in Aramco Fabrication Projects

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP and SATIP requirements

• Sound knowledge of ASME, NBBI, NFPA, AWWA, API, UL, AWS, ASNT, ANSI, ASTM, AISC standards

• Adhere to IMS policies/procedures/standards.

3. Steel Structural Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analysis, design and detail engineering of Structural Steel and Foundation

• Performing Seismic Reactions, Numerical Analysis and fatigue Assessments.

• Assist with the preparation of estimation, proposal, budget and schedule.

• Assist procurement, fabrication and testing activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering

• Excellent knowledge of generating MTO from GA/ISO drawings & Data Sheets

• Good Working Experience in STAAD Pro V8i, RAM Connection, FDN 3D, ETABS and TEKLA Structure.

• 8 years’ experience in the Steel Structure and Connection design.

• 3 years design experience in Aramco Projects

• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP and SATIP requirements

• Sound knowledge of AWS, ANSI, ASTM, AISC, ASCE, IBC, UBC, SBC and NBC codes.

• Adhere to IMS policies/procedures/standards.

4. Planning Engineer - Fabrication

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities but not limited to the following:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to gather project requirements and timelines.

• Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions.

• Perform critical path analysis and resource levelling to ensure project efficiency.

• Update and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.

• Provide regular status reports and communicate schedule impacts to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with project standards and industry best practices.

• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts.

• Participate in project meetings, providing scheduling expertise and insights.

• Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to align schedules with material deliveries and construction activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

• 5-10 years of work experience in planning and scheduling for Steel Fabrication Projects.

• Proficient in utilizing scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project and Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated expertise in various scheduling techniques.

• Experience in Planning projects involving Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Piping, or Steel Structures.

• Excellent critical thinking ability.

• Profound mathematical skills and strong judgmental abilities.

• Fluent in English with efficient and effective interactive communication skills.

• Understanding of basic commercial terms and concepts.

5. Procurement Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for raw materials (steel plates, pipes, fittings, etc.), equipment, and services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent performance and cost-effective solutions.

• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Prepare detailed material requisitions based on engineering drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify the best pricing and availability of materials.

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

• Monitor material delivery schedules and coordinate with production planning to ensure timely availability.

• Provide timely information on material availability and pricing to support project planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in Aramco Steel Fabrication Projects

• In-depth knowledge of ASME, API 650 and other relevant industry standards.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
