-Minimum 8 years of experience.
-The knowledge of Saudi building codes.
-Experience in building systems design (Plumping, Drainage, HVAC)
-Ability to visit, review and solve under-construction works.
-The ability to work on various types of projects including residential, governmental, industrial, etc.
-Mandatory AutoCAD, Revit, HAP.
-Proficiency, and awareness of BIM standards
-Excellent communication skills with team members within the office and external client communication.
