Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Logistics team. The role involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring vehicle movements, and supporting daily logistics operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys working in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a daily journey log sheet by tracking driver activities and GPS data.
• Update and maintain daily vehicle inspection checklists.
• Monitor vehicle movements using tracking systems or journey management software.
• Prepare and update daily work completion & delivery certificates related to vehicle operations.
• Enter work plans and schedules into Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile:
• Age Limit: 20 to 35 years
• 3+ years’ experience in Data Entry work.
• Strong typing and data entry accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
IT Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking software is an advantage.
