Job Title: E-commerce Warehouse Clerk
Salary: 2500 to 3000 Riyal Based on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including order picking, packing, cleaning, creating airway bills, checking returns, entering sales data into our ERP system, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
Create airway bills for shipments.
Check and process returns.
Enter sales data into the ERP system.
Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Clerk or similar role.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a fulfillment or logistics role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using order management software and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
