This position is responsible for leading the construction supervision team to ensure the coordination between project in-charge achieves the overall vision of the project. Candidate should have work experience in Asphalt Work, Earth Work & Backfilling Etc.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all site civil engineering activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
• Develop and review engineering designs, plans, and drawings for construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Site Supervision and inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and review project reports, including cost estimates, progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to optimize project outcomes.
• Should be familiar with Auto CAD & Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel)
