in the Maintenance Center, investigating causes of malfunctions, and
carrying out maintenance and inspections.
1) Operation, maintenance, inspection and repair of elevator systems
2) Operation and maintenance of hatchback system equipment (HVAC: Air
conditioning equipment)
3) Operation, maintenance, inspection and repair of security systems
4) Maintenance, inspection and repair of building civil engineering
5) Support for operation, maintenance, inspection and repair of broadcasting
equipment, electrical and IT equipment
6) Support for operation, maintenance, inspection and repair of drainage,
water supply and power supply equipment
