We are looking for a #CIVIL ENGINEER in the leading Industrial Construction Company in Saudi Arabia.
#Key Accountabilities
? Oversee all phases of the construction project, from initial planning through to completion.
? Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
? Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
? Serve as the primary point of contact between NMES and the construction team.
? Facilitate clear and effective communication between all stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
? Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Coordination and Oversight
? Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
? Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Supplier Selection and Management
? Assist in the selection and evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.
? Manage procurement processes for construction materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
? Review and approve supplier and subcontractor bids, contracts, and performance.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence.
? Prepare and present progress reports and updates to NMES management and other stakeholders.
? Review and approve invoices and change orders related to the project.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
? Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with warehouse or workshop projects.
? Candidate must have 5 – 7 Years of relevant experience.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
? Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
? Must have GCC experience
