1. Responsible for overseeing all activities at the site as performed by the Contractor
2. Review, understand, and interpret all the contract drawings, sub-contracts, and all coordination schemes.
3. Check and approve material to be used at the site with respect to specifications and drawings.
4. Act as liaison with subcontractors in expediting drawings and related information.
5. Coordinate submittals and procure all close-out documents including warranties and Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
6. Participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents/drawings.
7. Understand and perform document control functions in accordance with on-site policy and procedures, including tracking and creating of RFIs, transmitting and tracking of submittals, compose agreements, and maintain project expediting list.
8. Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required.
9. Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
10. Keep the client/resident engineer informed of work progress as per program and highlight any critical activities which can delay the project
11. Coordination with authorities such as municipality., civil defense,sceco are part of the job
Requirement:
Must be transferable Iqama and available in Riyadh
