Job Descriptionob Title: Marketing/Sales Representative - Manpower & Equipment Rental Location: Al Khobar/Dammam, Saudi Arabia Company: Waha Elaloan Industrial Company A Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Sales Representative with experience in manpower solutions and equipment rental, to join our team in Al Khobar/Dammam. Jubail The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our services in the Saudi market. You will be tasked with growing our client base, maintaining relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads for manpower and equipment rental services. - Develop and maintain client relationships across the construction and industrial sectors. - Present and promote company services to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities. - Collaborate with internal teams for project and service delivery. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales and marketing, especially in manpower and equipment rental. - Knowledge of the Saudi market, particularly in Al Khobar, Dammam, and Jubail. - Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Hindi. - Valid Saudi driving license. - Transferable . - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
