Oversee and manage labour operations and business activities effectively.
Generate projects and business opportunities for the company.
Act as a professional marketer, adept at building relationships with employers and engineers.
Attract and recruit skilled professionals for the company.
Resolve labour-related issues and challenges proactively.
Display technical expertise in scaffolding, welding, and other mechanical disciplines, including the ability to read and interpret diagrams.
Demonstrate leadership qualities with a strong and assertive personality.
Requirements for the Role:

Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related fields.
Holds a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
At least 35 years of age.
Smart and proactive problem-solving skills.
