Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CIVIL FOREMAN to join our team in Dammam Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and supervising civil construction activities, with specific experience in Saudi Aramco projects. This role involves overseeing and coordinating the work of construction crews on site.
Preferable experience : Experience in earthwork and civil foundation work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews on civil engineering projects.
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Ensure that construction activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of work and report any delays or issues to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment used on the project.
• Inspect and verify the quality of work performed by subcontractors.
• Ensure that the construction site is clean and organized.
• Motivate and guide the construction team to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate effectively with other trades and disciplines on the project.
• Experience in Saudi Aramco projects is essential.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
• More than 10 Years of Experience in as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry, with a significant portion gained in Saudi Aramco Projects.
• Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be eligible for transfer within Saudi Arabia.
