Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team in Dammam Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering estimation and a proven track record of success in the Saudi Arabian construction market. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals for various civil engineering projects for Aramco and SABIC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Analyze project requirements and estimate costs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and proposals for various types of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, and other structures.
• Utilize estimation software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion of estimates.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Stay informed about market trends and adjust estimates accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and related documentation.
• Adhere to company procedures and industry best practices for estimation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• More than 10 Years of Experience in civil engineering estimation, with a significant portion gained in Saudi Aramco Projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Proficiency in using estimation software, Autocad and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be eligible for transfer within Saudi Arabia.
