Job Description for Procurement Engineers:
5 years of Experience in Procurement and Supply activities; in managing materials procurement and tracking activities for a large Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Project.
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
Saudi Arabia supply chain market knowledge is beneficial.
Quality Workflow and Standards knowledge is beneficial.
Oracle ERP Software knowledge is beneficial.
Prepare and Send RFQ packages to bidders advised by Procurement Manager.
Expedite submission of bids to ensure they are received on time as per bid submission dates or extended bid submission time as needed.
Perform commercial evaluation of bids and prepare the Recommendation for Award for approval for placement of Letter of Intent / Purchase Order.
Previous exposure to pipeline, construction and commissioning phases is mandatory.
Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
