Document Controller (Saudi National Only)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Jubail. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing, organizing, and controlling documents in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry while ensuring smooth and efficient documentation processes for our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing documents in compliance with company standards and procedures.
Ensure proper filing and documentation control, including archiving of physical and digital documents.
Maintain accurate records of document version control, ensuring that only the most up-to-date versions are accessible.
Collaborate with various departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure timely submission, approval, and distribution of documents.
Prepare and track document transmittals and other related forms.
Monitor document workflows and ensure timely approvals, updates, and distribution.
Provide support for document reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
Assist in implementing and maintaining document management systems (DMS) and related software.
Prepare reports and track document status for ongoing projects.
Perform document retrieval, tracking, and submission as required by the team or clients.
Requirements:
Saudi National.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of document management processes, systems, and best practices.
Proficient in document control software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and related tools.
Experience in managing both physical and electronic documentation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Arabic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in [specific industry, e.g., construction, engineering, oil & gas] is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with document management systems (DMS), such as Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Saudi regulations and industry standards
