Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience specifically in the oil, gas, petrochemical, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure sectors within Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead large to mega projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating engineering activities, reviewing and monitoring project schedules and costs, and ensuring the successful execution of all engineering work. Your experience will allow you to manage multidisciplinary teams and work closely with engineering discipline leads and task force groups to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering team on large to mega projects within the oil, gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure industries.

Coordinate with engineering discipline leads, task force groups, and other stakeholders to ensure the on-time completion of work activities.

Review and monitor project schedules and costs, ensuring that project control procedures are implemented and adhered to.

Oversee and ensure the proper application of project engineering practices, design details, and technical standards.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential issues related to engineering, design, and execution.

Ensure compliance with international codes and standards, company procedures, and specifications.

Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, risks, and budget tracking.

Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve any engineering-related challenges or bottlenecks.

Support procurement, construction, and commissioning phases by providing technical input and addressing engineering issues as they arise.

Ensure all work activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in project engineering within the oil, gas, petrochemical, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.

Proven experience working on large to mega projects, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of project engineering practices, design details, and international codes and standards.

Ability to manage project schedules, costs, and resources effectively.

Expertise in project control procedures, technical specifications, and procurement processes.

Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and liaise with senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations and standards.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering).
