Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects. The responsibilities will include:
Reviewing Drawings: Able to interpret and review engineering drawings and plans accurately.
Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Material & Manpower Management: Responsible for organizing and managing required materials and manpower for daily work.
CAD Drawings Knowledge: Familiar with AutoCAD or other CAD software to understand and contribute to technical drawings.
Site Supervision: Oversee ongoing work on-site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise on the project.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience working in construction or civil engineering projects (2–5 years).
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good knowledge of site management and quality control procedures.
