Job Description:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Planning Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in finishing works, architectural, and fit-out projects. This is a contract position for a minimum duration of 6 months, working on prestigious hotel and building projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:--
Develop detailed project schedules for finishing, architectural, and fit-out works using project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Monitor and update project timelines, ensuring alignment with deadlines and milestones.
Progress Monitoring:--
Track progress on-site and compare it to the project baseline schedule.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Coordination:--
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site engineers to ensure the smooth execution of work.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely completion of tasks.
Resource Management:--
Ensure the effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Identify risks and provide mitigation plans to avoid project delays.
Quality and Compliance:--
Ensure all finishing and fit-out works adhere to quality standards and project specifications.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:--
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
Provide regular updates and forecasts to the project management team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles, specifically in finishing, architectural, and fit-out works.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
