Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, analyze, and oversee mechanical systems and components for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and designs using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit.
Conduct stress analysis, thermal analysis, and performance evaluations of mechanical systems.
Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and project managers.
Optimize mechanical designs for energy efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to local and international mechanical codes, standards, and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during design, construction, and operational phases.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and maintenance manuals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
7-9 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering and project management.
Proficiency in mechanical design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Ansys, or similar tools).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Familiarity with mechanical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, ASME).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with diverse teams.
Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with renewable energy systems (e.g., solar thermal, geothermal).
Expertise in manufacturing processes, materials selection, and cost optimization.
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for 3D modeling and coordination.
Knowledge of robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
