We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in shutdown services, industrial projects, and Aramco-related contracting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project execution, planning, and coordination, with an in-depth understanding of Aramco’s requirements, safety standards, and shutdown operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
• Manage and oversee shutdown, maintenance, and industrial construction projects.
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with Aramco’s safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Aramco Compliance & Client Relations:
• Ensure all project activities align with Aramco’s regulations and safety standards.
• Act as a key liaison between the company and Aramco project managers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Support in vendor registration, contract prequalification, and bidding processes for Aramco projects.
Technical & Operations Support:
• Provide technical expertise in shutdown services, maintenance, and industrial construction projects.
• Monitor and control project costs, materials, and manpower allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE policies.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare and submit technical reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities, ensuring alignment with Aramco’s reporting standards.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial projects, shutdown services, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Aramco’s project requirements, compliance, and safety regulations.
• Experience in shutdown planning, resource allocation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools).
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
Preferred Certifications:
• Aramco Vendor Registration & Compliance Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• NEBOSH / IOSH Safety Certification
