We are seeking a skilled Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience . The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise in structural design, coupled with the ability to manage and lead projects from conception through to completion. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for both designing and overseeing the implementation of structural components in various building projects, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and safety standards while staying within project budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Structural Design & Technical Expertise:
• Develop architectural and structural designs for buildings, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with structural engineers and consultants to ensure the integration of structural systems into the building design.
• Review and analyze structural drawings and calculations, ensuring they align with design concepts and meet engineering standards.
• Utilize building design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) to create detailed structural models and blueprints.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate the environmental, technical, and logistical aspects of a project, providing structural design recommendations.
• Ensure the incorporation of sustainability and energy efficiency practices in structural design.
• Oversee and ensure that structural design is aligned with client needs and expectations while balancing functionality and aesthetic appeal.
