Key Responsibilities:
1. Structural Design & Technical Expertise:
• Develop architectural and structural designs for buildings, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with structural engineers and consultants to ensure the integration of structural systems into the building design.
• Review and analyze structural drawings and calculations, ensuring they align with design concepts and meet engineering standards.
• Utilize building design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) to create detailed structural models and blueprints.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate the environmental, technical, and logistical aspects of a project, providing structural design recommendations.
• Ensure the incorporation of sustainability and energy efficiency practices in structural design.
